In order to help you achieve lasting success, we have created a comprehensive franchise
support system:
- Design & Construction - Our
center design was specifically created to maximize enrollment and provide the best
learning environment for children while providing for efficient management and oversight.
Plus, as part of our Consulting Agreement, we will oversee the site development and
construction phases of the project.
- Site Selection - We
will give you specific criteria, conduct market research and guide you in selecting the
best possible site for your Sunbrook Academy.
- Exclusive Territory - You
will receive a large exclusive territory from which to draw your enrollment.
- Assistance with Obtaining Financing - We will help you develop your Business Plan, review your
personal financials and introduce you to lenders familiar with our organization and track
record. Our current Business Plan has been approved many times by the SBA.
- Comprehensive Start-Up Training - You will receive up to 21 days of pre-opening training to
thoroughly familiarize you with every aspect of running a successful Sunbrook Academy.
- Grand Opening Marketing Campaigns - We have developed cost-effective marketing campaigns that will
help introduce your school to the community you serve and build your enrollment.
- Initial Operating Assistance

Franchisor personnel will be at your school for up to 30 days to facilitate the
opening of your business, help train your personnel and assist in the first few weeks of
operations.
- On-Going Training - Sunbrook
Academy will conduct a number of on-going training programs to help you stay on top of new
developments in our field.
- Operations Manuals -
You will receive a comprehensive set of Operations Manuals which will serve as an
easy-to-follow guide to opening and running you child care center. These Manuals include
Pre-Opening Procedures, Daily Operations and Curriculum volumes.
- Curriculum Development & Implementation - One of the true strengths of the Sunbrook Academy system is
our superior curriculum. We will continue to review and, when warranted, implement new
elements to provide the best possible learning programs to promote academic, cognitive and
social development.
- Business Management System - We
have developed the systems and procedures to help you run your investment efficiently and
profitably.
- Human Resources Management - A
cornerstone of the Sunbrook Academy program is to attract and retain qualified and caring
professionals as staff persons. We will train you in our tested personnel management
procedures.
- Field Support - Our
expert field support staff will regularly visit your location to evaluate your operation
and suggest positive improvements.
- Purchasing Programs - We
have developed complete lists of everything you will need to purchase to open and operate
your facility. Plus, we have established preferential pricing arrangements with major
vendors.
- Marketing Campaigns - We
have developed low-cost campaigns, utilizing an effective mix of advertising, promotions,
public relations and community relations, to help you build your image and enrollment.
- Parent Relations & Resources Programs - We will teach you how to forge partnerships with parents,
educators and community organizations.
- Strategic Planning Meetings -
We will host regular opportunities for Sunbrook Academy Franchise Owners to
gather to discuss areas of mutual interest, Together, we can recognize trends and
challenges and strategize how to best meet them.
- Licensing Support Dealing with Regulatory Agencies - The requirements from state and local regulatory agencies can
be quite complex. Through our long-standing relationships, we know what is expected and
can help you secure all necessary licenses.
